The same governance logic, re-framed for a workplace rather than a faith or care context — sellable in the UK and internationally with light localisation (for example, “DBS” maps to the local vetting equivalent where it does not apply). - Certificates issue as “Bwaraat Academy Certificate of Completion — CPD Certified” — never as “Ofqual accredited”, “Government approved”, “RQF”, “CQC approved” or “NHS approved”.
- For statutory or regulated first aid — such as First Aid at Work or Paediatric First Aid used as a legal ratio qualification in nurseries — the requirement is met through Pillar 4, the First Aid Academy, delivered by or partnered with a recognised awarding body rather than self-certified here.
- DSL and safeguarding-lead courses reference — but do not claim equivalence to — sector frameworks such as Church of England safeguarding pathways, unless Bwaraat Academy holds that formal approval.
- SME-06 (Modern Slavery Awareness) and SME-15 (Anti-Bribery & Corruption Awareness) support, but do not replace, an organisation's own statutory modern slavery statement or anti-bribery policy — make this clear to corporate purchasers.
